is a charming and ancient country house, dating back to the first half of the 1900s, located in a quiet and peaceful area, in a dominant position on the Livrere plain. Built in local stone, it has been completely restored by reusing old materials and maintaining its original architectural structure, equipped with all modern comforts. The property is surrounded by more than 22,000 square meters of land and is located in an area of great landscape value. Ideal abode for summer vacationers it has a perfect location to explore the beautiful landscape of western Sicily. A few kilometers from Castellammare del Golfo, medieval Erice, the historic centers of Trapani and Marsala, from the cellars and salt pans with their ancient windmills to the temples of Segesta and Selinunte, to the Egadi islands. Nearby we can find the Baida Castle, (1 Km approx.), A medieval fortress rebuilt in the 14th century on the ruins of an ancient Arab settlement known as Bayd, with a commemorative stele for the visit of King Ferdinand from the house of Bourbon in 1801, on the entrance arch.
Near the village and the picturesque stacks of Scopello where the ancient tuna fishing port is located, the marvelous bay of Guidaloca, the Zingaro nature reserve with its clear, blue bays and its pristine Mediterranean flora and fauna. Near the Castle of Baida, there is a dairy where in the morning you can find fresh milk, fresh ricotta and other cheeses, about 800 m there is a pizzeria / restaurant and in the village of Balata di Baida there are bars and post Office. Boat trips along the coast and walk highly recommended. Guests will have access to all areas of the villa such as the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, private parking, swimming pool, barbecue, solarium area and terrace. All the rooms have the name of a poet such as Giovanni Pascoli, Giacomo Leopardi, Gabriele D’Annunzio and Giuseppe Ungaretti. Guests can also access a small library. The neighborhood is very quiet, and few people live in the area in the summer season. The Casale, therefore, is perfect for those who want to enjoy a holiday away from the chaos of the city and in full contact with nature.

Bellissima villa dove potersi rilassare, host molto gentile e accogliente, camere e ambienti ben puliti.

Un angolo di paradiso, una villa immersa nel verde con una quiete del giardino e della piscina veramente assoluta. Elegante e confortevole. Servizio eccellente.. La padrona di casa, Claudia, è una persona meravigliosa e disponibile ed è lo specchio di quello che avrete a disposizione in questa splendida villa.

Villa molto confortevole e spaziosa,situata lontano dal caos cittadino a 5 mnuti dal mare di Scopello. Posto fantastico molto rilassante per scaricare lo stress. Personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. Lo consiglio!
